Panic

  • Panic Alerts are a way for a Relay to alert a group on their account that something is wrong. It is a general emergency situation alert, initiated by rapidly tapping the Talk button 5 or more times on a Relay device

Incidents Overview

  • Incident Workflows allow accounts to have more customized panic-like situations instead of one general panic incident. We offer Color Code and Custom Phrase incidents that can be specific to your daily operations. This is triggered by holding the Relay Assistant button and saying the code (i.e. Code Blue, or Code Red).

Color Code Incidents 

  • Color Code incidents allow customers to configure an incident by choosing a color to associate with the incident. Color Code incidents are available to Essentials plan accounts


Custom Phrase Incidents
  1. Custom Phrase incidents allow customers to create their own phrase that users can say to initiate a panic. This is helpful if you have unique phrases for certain situations. Custom Phrase incidents are available to Pro Plan and Enterprise plan accounts

Incident Dispatch

  • Incident dispatch allows you to dispatch an incident from Dash or the Relay Pro App. There is also an option for spillover text when dispatching an incident virtually that allows admin users to type additional details that will then be shared with Responders.
