How to View Panic & Incident History

Objective

  • To better understand how to view panic and incident history


Environment / Applies To 

  • Relay Dash

  • Relay Essentials, Pro, and Enterprise Service Plans


Procedure 

  1. Log into Dash at dash.relaypro.com

  2. Click Incidents

  3. Click Incident History

  4. From here you will see a calendar and be able to click into specific incidents to see the following:

      1. For incidents, what Color Code or Custom Phrase incident was initiated
      2. What time the panic or incident was initiated
      3. Date of panic or incident
      4. Who initiated the panic or incident
      5. The address of the panic or incident, and if applicable the indoor location position
      6. When it was resolved
      7. Total duration of panic or incident
      8. Recorded Resolution Reason
      9. Message history recorded during panic or incident
      10. Any comments that were added during incident resolution
  5. You can click Email Incident History to send the information to you or another employee
Please Note: Message History is only available for 7 days. Panic Incident History is available for 2 years.
