Procedure 

Initiating Incident Dispatch from Dash

1. Log into Dash at dash.relaypro.com
   
2. Click Incidents
3. Click Active Incidents
4. Select the incident you want to dispatch
5. If applicable add additional incident details, what you add will be seen or heard by the dispatching group
6. Responders will receive the incident details, and can acknowledge like a normal incident
   

Initiating Incident Dispatch from the Relay Pro App

1. Log into the Relay Pro App
   
2. Tap Channels
3. Tap Incident Dispatch
4. Select the incident you want to dispatch
   
5. If applicable add additional incident details, what you add will be seen or heard by the dispatching group
6. Responders will receive the incident details, and can acknowledge like a normal incident
