Please Note: The following only applies to Color Code and Custom Phrase incidents. For more information on initiating a panic alert, reference
this article
Press and hold the Relay Assistant Button on the side of the device, and say the color code (i.e. Code Red, or Code Blue) or the custom phrase
Note: Custom phrase incidents are only available with the Relay Pro or Enterprise Plan
The device's LED's will spin orange and say Incident Created
A notification will immediately go out to all responder devices with the alert User has created a Code Red alert. Tap the talk button to continue
This alert will play every 30 seconds until acknowledged
