How to Remove an Email Address from Receiving Panic & Incident Alerts
Objective
- Remove an email address from receiving Relay panic and Incident alert email notifications
Environment/Applies To
- Account owners and administrators
- Relay Essentials, Pro, and Enterprise Service Plans
- Relay Dash
Procedure
Note: Panic email notifications require an updated panic configuration. If your account has not been upgraded to the latest panic configuration and you do not see the options listed below, reach out to your Customer Success Representative or our support team. - Log in to Dash at dash.relaypro.com
- Click Incidents
- Click Incident Setup
- Click the Panic or Incident Workflow you want to modify
- Click Incident Email Address
- Clear out the text box, or if text box is empty, leave it blank
- Click Skip
