How to Listen to Message History and View Message/Texting Transcriptions
Objective
- Access, listen to, and view your message history and message / texting transcriptions
Environment/Applies To
- Account owners and administrators
- Relay Dash
- Relay Pro App
Procedure
Message History in Dash
- Click Communications
- Click Messages
- Click the channel you'd like to review message history for
- The last 7 days of messages will be displayed
- To replay an entire conversation, click Replay Conversation
- To replay a single message, click the Play button next to the message
Message History in the Relay Pro App
- Log into the Relay Pro App
- Tap Chanels
- Tap the message icon to the right of the channel you are viewing message history for
- Tap the play button to listen to a message, or read the transcriptions
Additional Notes
- Message history is only available for the past 7 days and only available for channels that it has been enabled for
