How to Search Message History Transcriptions

Objective

  1. Search for a specific message or conversation in your message history transcriptions

Environment

  1. Relay Dash
  2. Account Owners and Admins

Procedure

  1. Login to Dash
  2. Click Communications
  3. Click Search
  4. Enter your search keywords or user names

Additional Notes

  1. Message history transcriptions are only available for channels that have message history enabled. For instructions on enabling message history, see this article.
