2. Account Owners and Admins
   

Procedure

1. Login to Dash
   
2. Click Communications
   
3. Click Search
   
4. Enter your search keywords or user names

1. Message history transcriptions are only available for channels that have message history enabled. For instructions on enabling message history, see this article.
