How to View Your Device and User Inventory in Dash
Objective
- View all devices, users, and a subset of related information within dash
Environment/Applies To
- Relay Dash
Procedure
Under Account click Inventory
A table will be shown with the following information
Device/User Name
User Type (i.e. virtual or hardware)
Groups
Connectivity
Current Channel
Home Channel
Firmware Version
IMEI
MAC
Battery Percentage
Charging Status
Volume Level
Do Not Disturb Status
Email Address
Outdoor Location (if location is enabled)
Indoor Position (if location is enabled)
Bluetooth Status
Offline Duration (optional)
Role (optional)
Additional Notes
- The inventory table can be searched, filtered, and copied using the on-screen options to meet your individual needs and improve your asset management.
- To download the full inventory table, click the CSV button on the bottom of the table. This will copy all data that can then be pasted into a spreadsheet.
