How to Download Your Complete Device Inventory
Objective
- Download a CSV that includes information about all devices in Dash
Environment/Applies To
Dash
Procedure
Log in with your email address and password
In the search bar at the top of the screen type inventory
Click on Device Inventory
A CSV with IMEI, MAC Address, Label and Home Channel will be downloaded
Additional Notes
- If a device label is presented as unassigned that indicates no user has been assigned to that device
