How to Manually Update Your Devices Firmware
Objective
- Update your Relay + device to the latest firmware
Environment/Applies To
- Dash
- Relay + Device
Procedure
- Navigate to Dash
- Login using your credentials
- Ensure the device is Powered on and showing 3 white LEDs
- Under Account click Users on the left-hand side
- Select the device you would like to update
- This will take you to the device's configuration page
- Then click the Check for Device Updates option under Settings
- If you run into any issues, please contact support.
You can confirm that your fleet is running the latest firmware update in Dash.
- Under Account - Fleet Overview
- Click the gear icon for one of your 4 views/squares
- Select the Current Firmware Option
- This will provide you with a graph of how many devices are on different firmware updates
- The goal would be to have them all on the latest firmware update
