Objective

1. Update your Relay device to the latest firmware

Procedure

1. Navigate to Dash
   
2. Login using your credentials
   
3. Ensure the device is Powered on and showing 3 white LEDs
   
4. Under Account click Users on the left-hand side
   
5. Select the device you would like to update
   
6. This will take you to the device's configuration page
7. Then click the Check for Device Updates option under Settings
   
1. Updates typically take between 30-60 seconds to complete, and devices can be used immediately after
   
8. If you run into any issues, please contact support.

You can confirm that your fleet is running the latest firmware update in Dash.

1. Under Account - Fleet Overview
   
2. Click the gear icon for one of your 4 views/squares
   
3. Select the Current Firmware Option
   
4. This will provide you with a graph of how many devices are on different firmware updates
   
5. The goal would be to have them all on the latest firmware update
