Objective

1. To better understand how to set up Rounds in Relay Dash

Procedure 

Note: Prior to setting up Rounds, you must have at least one Building and one Group configured in Dash. For information on setting up buildings, reference this article. For information on setting up groups, reference this article.

1. Log into Dash at dash.relaypro.com
   
2. Click Location
   
3. Click Location Alerts
   
4. Click Create Rounds
   
5. Name your Round (e.g. Security Patrol, Cleaning Rounds, etc.)
   
6. Select the Group for Users who will complete these rounds
   
7. Select a group for Notifiers that you want to be notified when rounds are missed
   
8. Select the time a round should be completed, or select Any Time of Day
9. Set the time interval for how often the round should be completed
   
1. If a round is not completed within this time, a missed round notification will be sent to the notifiers group configured in step 7.
   
2. You can set a different time interval for specific locations if needed after you complete the initial set up.
   
10. Choose the Building(s) that need to be monitored for the Round
    
11. Select Floors that need to be visited during the Round 
    
1. If a Floor needs to be checked, but it doesn't require a specific room or location on that floor to be visited, click Check Floor Only
   
12. Select Individual Rooms that need to be visited
    
13. Click Next
    
14. To view and edit Rounds, click View Configuration
