How to Set Up Groups

How to Set Up Groups

Objective

  1. To better understand how to set up Groups for Panic and Incident Workflows and Rounds configuration

  1. Groups are a way to organize a subset of your users. When configuring an incident workflow or other Relay features that utilize groups, you'll be able to give specific groups certain roles as part of the configuration.
  2. If a user belongs to multiple groups used within the same feature configuration process, whichever group has a higher level of permissions/options is what that user will have access to.
  3. In some situations such as using a group for Panic Responders or Panic Communicators, there is a group limit of 50 users.
