How Are Relay Texts Received?

Objective 

  1. To better understand how texts are received on a Relay device, Relay Dash, and the Relay Pro App.

Answer 

Receiving Texts on Relay Devices

  1. Relay devices will hear the audio transcription of the text message play out. 

Receiving Texts in the Relay Pro App

  1. App users will receive a notification that a message has been sent on the channel and may tap the notification or the message history icon to read the message. 

Receiving Texts in Dash

  1. Dash users will not receive a notification, but can read the message in the message history
