How to Send a Text via the Relay Pro App and Dash

Note: Message History must be enabled for relay texting to work. For information on how to enable, reference this article

Objective

  1. To better understand how to send a text in the Relay Pro App and Dash

  3. Relay Essentials, Pro, and Enterprise Service Plans

Procedure

Texting in the Relay Pro App

  1. Log into the Relay Pro App
  2. Tap Channels
  3. Click into the channel you are communicating with
  4. Tap the conversation icon
  5. Type your message and click Send

Texting in Dash

  1. Log in to Dash at dash.relaypro.com
  2. Click Communications
  3. Click Messages 
  4. Select the Channel you are sending a message to
    1. Note: if you aren’t on the channel, click switch to send a text to the channel.
  5. Type your message and click Send
