What is TeamTranslate?

Answer 

  1. TeamTranslate allows you to configure 30+ different languages for a device and translate messages in real time across Relay channels. When a device’s TeamTranslate language is configured to something other than English, any spoken messages will be received by that device first as they are spoken, and then translated into the configured language.
  2. TeamTranslate also offers Secondary Languages for bilingual speakers. This new feature eliminates unnecessary  translations if a message comes through in a user's secondary language. If a user's native language is English, but is also fluent in Spanish, their primary language can be set as English, and Secondary language as Spanish. This way, if a Spanish speaking employee sends a message to this user, it avoids an unnecessary translation.
