How to Configure a Device(s) TeamTranslate Language

Objective

  1. To better understand how to configure TeamTranslate in Relay Dash

Environment / Applies To

  • Relay Service Plans with the TeamTranslate Feature 

  • Dash 

Procedure 

Configuring TeamTranslate Language

  1. Log in to Dash at dash.relaypro.com

  2. Under Account, click Users

  3. Select the user you will be changing the language for

  4. Click Language 

  5. Select the language for the user

Configuring TeamTranslate Secondary Languages 

  1. Under Account, click Users

  2. Select the user you will be adding additional language(s) for

  3. Click Secondary Language

  4. Choose which additional languages the user speaks

  5. Click Submit

Additional Notes 

  • Some Relay message are still in English and not translated at this time such as:

    • Assistant prompts like channel names or commands (e.g. battery or call)

    • Do Not Disturb on/off

    • The Connect Bluetooth responses (e.g. “Scanning for available headsets in pairing mode”)
