1. Relay device will not power on

Resolution

1. Remove the Relay device from its case if one is in use
   
2. Connect the Relay device to the USB-C charging cable and charging brick that came in the box
3. Plug the charging brick into a wall outlet
   
4. Leave connected to the charger for at least 30 minutes
   
5. Press the Volume Up (+) button for 60 seconds or until the Relay device powers on
   
6. If the Relay device doesn't power on, contact support
