Relay+ Won't Power On

Symptoms

  1. Relay+ will not power on

Environment/Applies To

  1. Relay+

Resolution

  1. Remove the Relay+ from its case if one is in use
  2. Connect the Relay+ to the USB-C charging cable and charging brick that came in the box
  3. Plug the charging brick into a wall outlet
  4. Leave connected to the charger for at least 30 minutes
  5. Press the + button for 60 seconds or until the Relay+ powers on
  6. If the Relay+ doesn't power on, contact support
