Symptoms

  1. Relay device stuck with a spinning LED (Any Color)

Environment/Applies To

  1. Relay+
  2. RelayX

Resolution

  1. Remove the Relay device from its case if one is in use
  2. Press the Volume Up (+) button for 60 seconds or until the Relay vibrates
  3. If the above steps do not fix the issue, contact support
