Relay Device is Offline

Symptoms

  1. Relay device is offline showing 3 Red LEDs

Environment/Applies To

  1. Relay+
  2. RelayX

Resolution

  1. Remove the Relay device from its case if one is in use
  2. Tap the Assistant Button to see if the device will provide you an error or reconnect
  3. If you are provided with an error, please reboot the device.
  4. To reboot, hold down the Volume Down (-) button for 5 seconds.
  5. When the device powers back on, if you now see 3 White LEDs the device is back online
  6. If you still see 3 Red LEDs, please contact support
