Relay+ has No Audio

Symptoms

  • Relay+ has no audio

Environment/Applies To

  1. Relay+

Resolution

  1. Remove the Relay+ from its case if one is in use
  2. Tap the Volume Up (+) button multiple times to ensure the volume is on high
  3. Tap the Assistant button so the device will tell you its name
  4. If no audio provided, please reboot the device by holding the Volume Down (-) button for 5 seconds
  5. If the device still does not have audio, contact support.
  6. If you have an available headset, please test to see if the audio plays through the headset.
  7. If it plays through the headset and not the Relay+ device, please contact support.
