Objective

1. Set a Relay devices home channel in Relay Dash and the Relay Pro App

Procedure

Setting a Home Channel in Dash

1. Log in to dash.relaypro.com
2. On the left side, click Account
   
3. Click Channels
   
4. Click the channel you want to set as the Home Channel for some, or all, of your Relays
   
5. Click Set Home Channel
   
6. Select which Relays you want the selected channel to be the Home Channel for
   
7. Click Submit
   

Setting a Home Channel in the Relay Pro App

1. Log into the Relay Pro App
   
2. Tap Account
   
3. Tap Manage Channels 
   
4. Tap into the channel you are setting as a users home channel
   
5. Tap Set Home Channel 
   
6. Select users
   
7. Tap Save 

Additional Notes

1. A Relay will return to its home channel after 60 seconds of inactivity on any other channel. 
   
1. Additional timeout options are available. For more information on how to edit a Relays home channel timeout, reference this article. 
2. New home channel selections will override any previous home channel selections. For example, if any of your Relays were previously assigned a home channel and you include them in the selection list for a different home channel, your new selections will be kept.
