How to Adjust a Users Home Channel Timeout
Objective
- Better understand how to change or adjust a users home channel timeout.
Environment / Applies To
- Relay Dash
- Relay Devices
Procedure

By default, a Relay will return to its home channel after 60 seconds of inactivity on any other channel.
- Log into Dash at dash.relaypro.com
- In the Account Tab, click Users
- Click on the User you are adjusting the timeout option for
- Click Home Channel Timeout
- Choose the desired timeout option
