How to Identify a Relay+ Device

Objective

  1. Identifying a Relay+ device

Environment/Applies To

  1. Relay+
  2. Dash

Procedure

If the Relay + device is powered on and online, showing 3 white LEDs
  1. Tap the assistant button and the device will say it's name and the channel that it's on
If the Relay + is not able to power on or has no audio
  1. Check underneath the USB port with a light to find the last 8 digits of the IMEI number
If the Relay + still has it's white sticker on the back of the Relay
  1. The IMEI number can be used to identify the device
