How to Obtain the MAC Addresses for Relay Devices
Objective
- In some circumstances, in order to connect Relay devices to wifi, sites will have to whitelist the Relay Device MAC Addresses.
Environment / Applies To
- Relay Devices
- Relay Dash
Procedure
- Log into dash.relaypro.com
- Type MAC into the search bar
- Click Device MAC Addresses
- A list with all mac address will pop up, from here you can Copy to Clipboard
- Send this list to the Network Admin, or IT department to whitelist
