How to Ensure you Receive Emails From Relay

Please ensure you take the following step to ensure you receive emails from Relay

- Account contacts expected to receive emails from Relay
Procedure
To ensure emails are received from Relay please take the following action
- Work with your IT Department to whitelist the *.relaypro.com domain. This is also known as adding our domain to a safe sender list.
Important
As Relay uses multiple email systems, please ensure you are including the asterisk (*) prior to the period (.) and relaypro.com when whitelisting our domain. The full record entry should be *.relaypro.com
