How To Edit Panic or Incident Configuration
Objective:
- To better understand how to edit Panic and Incident Responder Groups within the Relay Dashboard
Environment / Applies To:
- Dash
- Panic and Incident Configuration
Procedure:
- Log into Dash at dash.relaypro.com
- Click into the Incidents Tab
- Click Incident Setup
- Click into the Panic or Incident you are editing
- To edit which group(s) can initiate, respond to, or be notified of a Panic or Incident, click Edit Group Selection under the section you are editing
- To edit who is in a specific group, click the people icon next to the group, then click Edit Membership
- Depending on your service plan and permission level, Admins have the ability to edit the following configuration for Incident Codes (i.e. Code Blue or Code Red). If you wish to edit these configurations for your panic (5 rapid talk button tap) set up, please reach out to our Customer Success Team.
- Incident Email Address
- Location Notifications
- Take Responders out of DND
- Audible Confirmation for Incident Originator
- Include Incident Originator in Communications
