How to Configure Teams and Permissions
Objective
- To better understand how to configure Teams and Permissions in Dash
Environment
- Relay Dashboard
- The Relay Pro App
Procedure
Please Note: Only a virtual user in the System Admins Team can create new teams, and adjust permission levels across teams.
- Log into dash.relaypro.com
- Under Account, click the Teams Tab
- Click Create New Team
- Name your Team
- Choose which level of permissions this team should have. For more information on the permission levels, reference this article.
- Click Add Members, and choose the users that should be in the team
- Reminder: Which team a Virtual User is placed in will determine which level of permissions they will have
- Click Save Edit
