How to Configure a Calling Timeout
Objective
- To better understand how to configure a longer timeout for Relay calling.

Please Note: By default, calls timeout after 10 seconds.
Environment / Applies To
- Essentials, Pro, and Enterprise Service Plans
- Relay Devices
- Relay Dash
Procedure
- Log into Dash at dash.relaypro.com
- Under Communications click Commands
- Click the Pencil Icon next to Call {Name of a User}
- Choose between a short (10 seconds), medium (20 seconds), or long (30 seconds) timeout
