How to Configure a Calling Timeout

Objective

  1. To better understand how to configure a longer timeout for Relay calling.

Please Note: By default, calls timeout after 10 seconds. 

Environment / Applies To

  1. Essentials, Pro, and Enterprise Service Plans
  2. Relay Devices
  3. Relay Dash

Procedure

  1. Log into Dash at dash.relaypro.com
  2. Under Communications click Commands
  3. Click the Pencil Icon next to Call {Name of a User}
  4. Choose between a short (10 seconds), medium (20 seconds), or long (30 seconds) timeout
