How To Add Additional Indoor Locations to an Existing Building

Objective

To add additional indoor locations to a building that already exists in Dash and the Relay Pro App.

Environment / Applies To

  • Relay Dash

  • Relay Pro App

  • Accounts with Indoor Location

Procedure

Adding An Additional Location in the Relay Pro App

  1. Log into the Relay Pro App

  2. Tap Account 

  3. Tap Manage Buildings

  4. Tap into the Building and Floor

  5. Tap Add Room

  6. Type in name of the room

  7. Tap Save

  8. Proceed to add a beacon to the location

Adding an additional location in Dash

  1. Log into Dash at dash.relaypro.com

  2. On the left side, click Location > Building Admin

  3. Click into the Building that you are adding a location to

  4. Click the Floor you are adding a location to

  5. Click Create Room

  6. Name the room

  7. Click Submit

  8. Proceed to add a beacon via the Relay Pro App
