Overview

Watchtower is a Relay feature designed to help teams monitor high-volume Relay communication from one centralized view. It gives dispatchers, security teams, and operations leaders better visibility into what is happening across their Relay channels so they can identify important messages, respond faster, and maintain a clearer record of communication.

With Watchtower, teams can view live Relay channel activity in a way that is easier to follow during busy shifts or active incidents. This is especially helpful for teams that manage multiple channels, large properties, or time-sensitive safety and operations workflows.
