Incident Workflows allow accounts to have more customized panic-like situations instead of one general panic incident. Panic is a general alert that can mean any emergency situation, and is initiated by rapidly tapping the Talk button 5 or more times on the Relay device. Incidents allow you to use the Relay Assistant button to command a Color Code (for Essentials Plans), or Custom Phrase (for Pro and Enterprise Plans) that is specific to a type of emergency situation. This allows customers to better understand what type of emergency is happening, and how to respond.
