  1. All Relay Accounts

Answer

  1. Seats are the billable service that will cover your device hardware and virtual user needs for Relay
  2. All virtual users will occupy one seat, and that will provide access to both Dash and the Relay App

Additional Notes

  1. All accounts must have at least one virtual user seat for the owner login, plus the seats that cover how many hardware devices will be purchased for the account
    1. For example, If your initial order is for 10 Relays, your account will be set up and you will be billed for 11 seats. 10 of those seats used by your Relays and 1 seat will be used for the account owner's virtual login.
  2. If you run out of seats and need more virtual users, more seats can be purchased through your Account Executive, Customer Service Representative, or the Relay Support Team.
