Answer
- Low Battery - If a beacon's battery level drops below 15%, it will show as having low battery. We recommend replacing the AA batteries indie of any beacon with low battery immediately.
- No Pings - These beacons may not have had their battery tab removed, were not configured properly, or have not been in the proximity of a Relay device with location enabled.
- Not Seen Beacons - If any of your beacons have not been “seen” by a Relay within the last 14 days, their configuration information will be shown. Reasons for a beacon not being seen could be that the beacon has been tampered with or removed, its batteries have completely died, or it’s still active but a Relay has not been near it in 14 days.
- Unconfigured Rooms - A room that has not had a beacon assigned to it. Additional information about these areas can be found by logging into Dash and going to Location > Building Admin.
