Answer
- Low Battery - If a beacon's battery level drops below 15%, it will show as having low battery. We recommend replacing the AA batteries inside of any standard beacon with low battery immediately. You are not able to chance XL beacons (square) batteries, only standard (rectangle) beacon batteries can be replaced.
- No Pings - These beacons may not have had their battery tab removed, were not configured properly, or have not been in the proximity of a Relay device with location enabled.
- Not Seen Beacons - If any of your beacons have not been “seen” by a Relay within the last 14 days, their configuration information will be shown. Reasons for a beacon not being seen could be that the beacon has been tampered with or removed, its batteries have completely died, or it’s still active but a Relay has not been near it in 14 days.
- Unconfigured Rooms - A room that has not had a beacon assigned to it. Additional information about these areas can be found by logging into Dash and going to Location > Building Admin.
