Overview

1. Voice Based Log In is available for customers using user profiles, who want the ability to log into devices using a simple voice command. To have this feature enabled, please reach out to your Customer Success Representative.

1. Relay Devices 

Procedure 

Important Note:

1. The device must be unassigned in order to log in a new profile. 
   
2. A device can only be logged into one profile at a time. If a device is logged into another device, it must be logged out on the device, or unassigned in Dash, before a new device can be logged into that profile. 
   

How to Log Into A Relay Device

1. Get an unassigned Relay Device
   
2. Hold the Relay Assistant and say "Log in {User Name}"
   
1. Its important to note to use Voice Based Log In, you will need to know the full name of the profile you are logging in
   
3. The devices will confirm it has been logged into the profile. Ensure the correct profile has been logged in by looking at the Relay screen for the device name. 
   

How to Log Out Of A Relay Device

1. Press and hold the Relay Assistant button
   
2. Say "Log Out"
   
3. The device will state a log out confirmation
