Objective

1. Initiate a panic alert using the Relay Communicator App.
   

Environment/Applies To

1. Relay Communicator App for iOS
2. Relay Communicator App for Android
3. Relay accounts with panic alerts enabled
4. Users with the required permissions

Procedure

1. Open the Relay Communicator App on your smartphone
   
2. At the top of the screen tap the siren icon 
   
3. Slide the megaphone icon across the screen from left to right to initiate the panic alert
   

Additional Notes

1. The user's location will be sent with the panic notification if they have location tracking enabled
1. The user's location will only be tracked during an active panic incident in which they are the initiator
   
2. A virtual user can not acknowledge their own panic, but they can resolve it
   
3. iOS App Users running the app in the background will not hear an audible confirmation when their panic alert has been acknowledged
