How to Find Last Known Location of an Offline or Lost Relay

Objective

  1. To better understand how to find the last known location of an offline or lost Relay Device 

Environment / Applies To

  1. Relay Service Plans with Indoor Location 
  2. Relay Dash
  3. Relay Devices 

Procedure

  1. Log into Dash at dash.relaypro.com
  2. Click Account
  3. Click Inventory
  4. From here you can use the search bar to look for a specific device, of filter by Missing Devices in the drop down
  5. Check Indoor Position and Outdoor Location for last known location
