How to Enable Indoor Location for Incident Alerts

Overview

  1. Incident Alerts can now announce location of the initiator when enabled. This is helpful for a number of safety and security reasons when incidents are taking place. To enable on already configured incidents, follow the steps below. 

Procedure: 

  1. Log into dash.relaypro.com
  2. Under the Incidents tab, click Incident Setup
  3. Click on the incident you are enabling location for
  4. Click Location Notifications
  5. Click Yes
