How to Disable Push-to-Talk on the Relay Pro App for iPhone

Objective

  1. Disable the push-to-talk (PTT) function on the Relay Pro app for iPhone

Environment/Applies To

  1. Relay Pro app for iPhone version 2.13 or later
  2. iOS 16 or later

Procedure

You can disable the PTT function for the Relay Pro app two ways on your iPhone

Temporarily Silence Messages

  1. Tap the blue pill icon on the top left of your screen
  2. Tap leave

Permanently Disable the PTT Function

  1. Open the Relay Pro app
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Audio Settings
  4. Uncheck the Use System Push to Talk option

Additional Notes

  1. To re-enable PTT once you have disabled it, simply reverse the steps that you went through to disable it
