How to Create a Channel in the Relay Pro App
Objective
- Create a channel in the Relay Pro app
Environment/Applies To
- Relay Pro app
- All Relay Service Plans
Procedure
Open the Relay Pro app
Tap Account
Tap Manage Channels
Tap Create a Channel at the top of the screen
Type your channel name
Tap Save
Select whether you would like to enable message history
Select the users that should be in the channel
Tap Save
Additional Notes
If you don't see the option to add a channel please ensure your app is up to date
