How to Add an External ID To a Profile In Dash

Overview: 

  1. The External ID field on the User page allows you to input unique identifiers (like Employee IDs) to your users. Follow the steps below. 

Environment: 

  1. Relay Dash

Procedure: 

  1. Log into dash.relaypro.com
  2. Click Users
  3. Click into a User you are adding an External ID to
  4. Click Add External ID
  5. Input what type of ID this is (ex. Employee ID)
  6. Input the actual ID (ex. 12345)
The ID will now be visible on the user page, in the External ID Column in the Inventory Tab
