Asset Trackers emit a Bluetooth signal that Relay devices can detect. When an asset is in range of a Relay device, the Relay device will report its location, based on a nearby location beacon, to any nearby assets. Those details can be viewed in Dash or the Relay Pro App.
Additional Notes
- In order for an asset tracker to get location information from a nearby Relay, the Relay must have location tracking enabled. For more information, reference this article.
- Only account owners and admins can view the Asset details in Dash and the Relay Pro App.
