Changing the Channel of a Relay from Dash
One of the benefits of the Relay Dashboard is the ability to remotely manage the Relay devices. One of the ways this can be done is through the Relay or User management portal.
Changing a Relay's channel from the User page
Sign into Dash and go to the "Account" tab at the far right. Once there, select the "Users" below the Account tab
Once you have selected this option, a list of all your available Relays and virtual devices will appear. Select the Relay that you would like to change the channel.
Note: this cannot be done for virtual devices (apps and Dash profiles). This can only be done for hardware Relays.
Once you have selected your Relay, select "change channel" under the "Channels" heading.
After selecting this option, a window will appear with all of the available options. Here, you can select whether or not to change just the device you are viewing to a certain channel or summon all devices to that channel by selecting the option at the top of the pop-up.
Once a channel has been selected, the Relay will then swap to that group or direct chat. If you selected the "Summon" option at the top, all devices that are a part of that group will also be switched to that channel.
