Please Note: TeamTranslate is an additional add on and not included as a standard feature in Relay Service Plans.

Answer

  1. Text Messages sent from the Relay Pro App or Dash are immediately translated into each user’s language. These users will only receive the translated version of their message and not the English + translation.
  2. Messages sent from Relay devices in another language will appear in message history with the English transcription and the transcription of the original language.
